How to Delete Saved Games in Windows Vista

If you've been playing one of the games that come with Vista such as Freecell, Solitaire, etc., and after you click on it, you find that it keeps asking you if you want to play a saved game, but you hadn't saved one.  Or you simply want to wipe the slate clean and start fresh with no saved games.  Here's how to delete the saved games in Microsoft Windows Vista:

  1. Click "Start" button.
  2. Click on the name of your computer (as illustrated below).

Location of Computer Name in Start Menu

  1. When your folder pops up, double-click "Saved Games".
  2. Double-click "Microsoft Games" folder.
  3. Double-click the folder of the game you want to delete saved games from, such as "Solitaire", Freecell, etc.
  4. Delete the file you find in there, and now you can start over from scratch!
